Week 1 (Intermediate):
This week is designed for aerialists with enough aerial experience to safely climb the silks, perform several footlocks and hip keys in the air throughout class and invert from the air (a tiny bit of cheating is allowed - we will work on those inversions during our workshops!) Additionally, you should be able to stay in the air for a short sequence.
Week 2 (Advanced):
This week is designed for aerialists who have been in the air for several years. In order to get the best out of this week, you should be able to do multiple inversions from the air within a class, execute a front balance safely and have experience with drops. Additionally, you should be able to stay in the air for a few minutes.

The short private path to the sea offers the opportunity to listen to and embrace the natural beauty of the area and/or go sea swimming. All suites/rooms are en-suite with bathrobes, slippers, designer towels, and Voya organic amenities.
Previously home to dairy cows, calves, and hay/straw, this modern and custom-built accommodation provides a unique experience. Located on the Wild Atlantic Way, there are numerous beaches nearby and unforgettable loop walks and mountain hikes. Local tradesmen have taken great pride in giving new life to a unique property in a very special location.
All of our workshops and classes will take place at AcroAer Sligo – a beautiful and fully equipped aerial studio just 15 minutes away from our home base.
We provide a fully stocked fridge & pantry for a delicious self-service breakfast at the Barn. Lunch & dinner will be vegan** and homemade by Bernie, a local chef from Sligo. Additionally, there will be one dinner in town and cocktail night for you to enjoy.
**If you are not vegan, we offer to take you to a local store anytime where you can stock up on anything you might need.
All group activities are included but voluntarily - you can always choose whether you would like to join the activity or enjoy the afternoon on your own. We will experience:
a guided fabulous walk to a deserted beach
a beginner surfing lesson
a warm and relaxing seaweed bath
In the air, we will focus on all things vertical: silks, rope and hammock/sling/cocoon.
To balance it out, there will be floor-based classes as well as some workshops that include a good share of theory, fabric brain, and creativity.
It is up to you how much you want to pack into this week. There will be around 20 hours of studio time with your ASV teachers. All workshops are optional to make sure you can listen to your body and switch between beast mode or yay-vacay anytime!
